Kate and Pete

Recently I had the pleasure of photographing Kate and Pete for their pre-wedding session. The location of Cannock Chase in Staffordshire was decided and we met in the Marquis Drive area of the Chase.
This was the second time we had met - the first being at their wedding consultation, they had followed my advice regarding what to wear to suit the season and had prepared for the cold weather by getting a cup of tea from the cafe before we had even started the session.
The session was timed to get the best of the light at sunset - with our fingers crossed for a clear night we ventured over to the heathland where we indeed got the best light possible.

Despite the cold both Kate and Pete had a good laugh whilst during the session - more so when I nearly fell backwards down a drop!
In January Kate and Pete will be getting married at and I will have the pleasure of capturing that day for them. I know I am looking forward to it!
