When a little boy loves choo choo trains!

I have recently had the pleasure of meeting and photographing Nicola, Mark and their little boy Luke who won a free session and print in a draw I did on my Facebook page.. Like I do with all sessions i tried to find out as much about Luke as I could prior to the shoot - if as a photographer you cannot gel with a young child then the chance of capturing the little one as they would naturally be is slim.

And what stood out about Luke?? His love of trains! So naturally I wanted to use this to help him relax and also bring out his personality the best I could.

We met and had the session at Chasewater Country Park in Staffordshire where they have a large reservoir, park, open spaces and the best of all .... steam trains!

I followed the lovely family as they played, ran, kicked a ball about and Luke played with his beloved trains.

It was an absolute delight!

As those of who are familiar with my work will know - I love natural shots and capturing people as they are, the REAL them which I believe I have achieved from getting this response of Mummy 'Omg Yvonne they are completely amazing!!!!! Xxx '

Another great family whom I hope to meet again in the future!
